ABOUT
My name is Deborah Kelly QUALIFIED FITNESS COACH, FAT LOSS NUTRITIONIST & SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST
I am a qualified Fitness Coach and Weight Loss Nutrionist. I am in my 50's and believe that women and men of any age can become healthier and fitter than ever before. I have developed this platform to help people do just that. After the last few years of unprecedented weight gain through Perimenopause I'm on my journey of losing weight and becoming stronger in the process and am very excited to do it with you. Staying fit as we age is incredibly important for our longevity. Train with me 3 times per week and feel the difference in your strength, mobility and cardiovascular health.
