STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

Classes are designed by Deborah to suit all levels of fitness.   The classes will provide a wide range of exercises that will build a variety of skills that will focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed and agility. You can do all classes just bodyweight or using dumbbells/kettlebells, it's your workout so do what suits you.  If starting out and doing the classes bodyweight you can progress to using weights when you feel ready.  
 

All classes can be done with little or no equipment

Full body strength workout for women over 40 improving fitness, balance and menopause health at home

Monday 9.30am

30 minute full body workout

Mondays are 30 minute workouts focusing on all the muscle groups. A strength based class where you have the option of using weights or just body weight.

Upper body strength training workout for women over 40 focusing on arms, shoulders and core at home

Wednesday 9.30am

30 minute focusing on upper body and abs.  Targeting your upper body this workout is designed to strengthen arms and shoulders along with core work.

Lower body workout for women over 40 targeting legs, glutes and core for fat loss and strength training at home

Friday 9.30am

30 minute focusing on lower body and abs.  Designed to strengthen legs, hips and core along with some light HIIT just in time for the weekend !

GETTING STARTED

All you really need to get started is:

  • A  set of light dumbbells (simple home items like a bottle of water will do!)

  • A mat

  • Resistance bands if you have one (we highly recommend)

  • Full bottle of water

​

And you're good to go!
